Our male customers make up over 50% of our bookings, and we're so dedicated to male grooming we've even won awards for it. Archon is definitely the right place if you are after male grooming. Our salon is deliberately unisex and all of our male treatments are designed specifically for men from the ground up. We have both male and female therapists and you may choose which therapist you feel more comfortable with when booking.

We do not have a dedicated receptionist, so if we do not immediately answer the phone it's likely that we are serving a customer or are busy in a treatment. Please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively you can contact us via the form above, or by direct email.

We ask for an initial deposit to confirm your appointment time. The remainder is then paid after your appointment. We do this to help manage our calendar and to minimise no-show bookings from illegitimate customers

We have 1 dedicated park behind the clinic, and there is usually free street park directly out the front. We normally recommend parking on Harcourts street or in the neighbouring Woolworths park for proximity if none of these options are available.

During our consultations we determine your skin and hair type, your expectations and the suitability for the treatment. You may have your heart set on a particular treatment but it's important we determine if your skin is going to respond favourably.

Because skin and hair can differ so dramatically it's important that we give accurate information to everyone. We highly encourage a consult if you've never had a specific treatment before as we can provide a treatment course that will align with your skincare objectives.

If you're unsure about any type of treatment please book in for a consult or give us a call. If you'd like to go ahead and book anyway we'd definitely recommend the tier 1 facial treatments first as they are suitable for all skin types and concerns.
